Membership Keycards

• No waiting while the front desk helps other members

• Electronic photos to prevent non-members from using the Club (coming soon)
• Allows staff to inform members of any news such as an item left behind

Effective this Spring, all members will be required to present their membership keycard to enter the facilities. Enclosed with your invoice is an envelope with a keycard for every member of the family. On the envelope is a list of each family member with the barcode number that matches each member. You may begin using the keycard immediately.

Simply run your card under the scanner located at the front desk and you are checked in! No more waits at the front desk. Plus, this new system allows for easier sign ups for programs, protects the club from fraud and helps the staff better communicate with its members. Please report any lost keycards as soon as possible; and, there is a $1 fee for each replacement card. Snack Bar Debit System

Tired of bringing cash with you to the club? Now, you can pre-pay an amount of your choice and the system will track your spending. Here’s how the system works:

• Create an account with the Manager on Duty
• Present your Membership Keycards when paying at the snack bar
• Only snack bar items are available for purchase using this debit system
• System will track purchased amount and display remaining balance on receipt
• Any remaining balance will be returned at the end of the Summer (when snack bar closes)

To create an account before the summer begins, send this form back with a check separate from your membership payment check
