Head Coach - John Bechtoldt

John grew up in Annandale, Virginia where he swam for NVSL pool Forest Hollow. He Tigers. John went to Annandale High School and swam all four years. After high school, he earned a Bachelor's degree in History at James Madison University. Since 2008, John has also been coaching with Arlington Aquatic Club (AAC) and involved in many different age groups. John joined the Tuckahoe Family in 2016.

Assistant Coach - Cabell Perrot

Cabell is an alum of Tuckahoe and is very excited about being back at Tuckahoe. He started swimming in the NVSL at age 6 and began swimming year-round at age eight. He joined the Arlington Aquatic Club in 2006. He qualified for NSCA Junior Nationals, Speedo Junior Nationals and the US Open throughout his career. Cabell attended St. Stephen's & St. Agnes High School in Alexandria, and is currently enrolled in college. He has been coaching for AAC since 2012, and currently works with the Senior Prep and Age Group Prep groups. Cabell joined the Tuckahoe Family as assistant coach in 2016.

Assistant Coach - Sheila Brosnan

Sheila grew up in Fairfax, Virginia where she spent 12 years swimming for NVSL pool Mosby Woods. She was a member of York swim team growing up and also swam varsity for four years in high school. Sheila is a graduate of Marymount University and currently teaches at Freedom Hill Elementary school in Vienna, Virginia. Sheila took a short hiatus from coaching to focus on family and graduate school but she is excited to now be back with the Tigers!

Sylvia Lemoine - Team Rep

Sylvia Leimone is a northern VA native who swam for NVSL with the Overlee swim team and continues to enjoy being part of the swim community through Tuckahoe. She and Tate are the parents of three Tuckahoe Tiger swimmers: Nico, Zachary and William Cantrell. She is an art therapist and muralist and is also a member of the Aesthetics Committee for Tuckahoe. She enjoys spending her summers supporting the Tuckahoe Tigers and usually ends her summer with her family in Iceland.
