Tuckahoe Recreation Club's co-ed Water Aerobics classes are designed for anyone interested in a total body workout in the water. Change your body composition, and increase your cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility. Classes use the resistance of the water which is easier on the joints, and upbeat music! This is recommended by exercise physiologists for the general population as well as for those with arthritis, pregnant women, overweight and active older adults.

Laura Deisz (morning classes) is our long standing popular instructor. Classes run year-round and your first class is FREE! After your first class, simply buy a book of tickets and use one ticket per class. If you miss a class, you do not pay for it.
