Water Aerobic Information

Our coed classes are designed for any adult interested in a total body workout in the water. Come join the fun and excitement of exercise in the water! Change your body composition; increase your cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility. The classes use the resistance of the water, are easy on the joints and use upbeat music! They are recommended by exercise physiologists for the general population as well as for those with arthritis, pregnant women, overweight and active older adults.

Laura Deisz (our morning classes) and Terry Eiserman (our evening classes) will be the instructors. Classes run year round and your first class is FREE ! After first class, buy a book of tickets and use 1 ticket per class. If you miss a class, you do not pay for it.
